Tournament Specific Rules
Following a random seating draw at the start of the tournament and a random seating draw for the final table the button will always start at SEAT 1
If in a re-buy tournament you may only re-buy once you have less than 50% of the total starting chips
If the tournament is a bounty tournament then you may only re-buy once you have no chips left
Re-buy & Add-on chips value will be equal to buy-in starting chip amount (unless otherwise stated)
Chips Race – All odd chips will receive 1 card per chip – High card will take ALL Ace of Spades is the highest (Clubs – Diamonds – Hearts – Spades is the ranking order low to high)
When balancing tables the player to move will be the next person to face the big blind – he / she will join the new table in a position that will be the big blind at the earliest opportunity
Pre-registered players that are not in position at the start of the tournament will be “Anti-ed Away” The missing player will continue to be “Anti-ed Away” until they have no chips left
Late entries to tournaments will be accepted and the following applies: - If the tournament is a re-buy and the tournament is still in the re-buy stage then the late arrival/s will be seated with a full starting stack As a late penalty they will be forced to post a big and small blind into the first hand they play, both amounts are dead, and if the player wishes to play this hand they must equal the big blind or the current bet. If the tournament is a Freezeout late entries will be accepted for the first 60 minutes of play only. The same big & small blind penalty applies
The minimum raise for the first player making action is equal to the big blind Subsequent raises must be equal to or greater than the previous raise
When all-in situations occur and there can be no further betting cards are to be “On their Backs”
Clock Procedures – Once a reasonable amount of time has elapsed for a player to consider his action then the dealer will announce the player has a further 30 seconds only to act The dealer should then announces 10 seconds remaining – 5 seconds remaining – once the 30 seconds has elapsed the players hand is now dead, and must be mucked
A player must keep his high denomination chips clearly visible to other player at all times
When heads up the small blind will take the button and act first. When commencing heads up the button may need to be adjusted so as no big blind is paid twice consecutively by the same player
When nearing a final table the tournament director may choose to go hand for hand – this only applies when all of the final table would be ‘in the money’
Players are respectfully asked that once eliminated from a tournament that they move clearly away from the table
If a player is deemed disruptive to the tournament there is the possibility of being “sin-binned” for a period of time decided appropriate (minimum 15 minutes) The player will be anti-ed away during this period Persistent disruptive behavior will result disqualification from the tournament and the players chips will be removed, no entry stake or fee will be returned
POKER General Rules
Applies to Cash & Tournaments
English only to be spoken at the table during any hand in play.
Use of mobile phone while sat at the tables is forbidden, as respect to other players, please move out of the room to talk on the phone
Being drunk at the table is not acceptable – only one warning will be given, you will then be asked to leave the tournament or cash game and the casino

If a player ‘facing action’ exposes one or more of his or her card/s then they are deemed to have passed, therefore their hand is dead
If a player that is NOT ‘facing action’ exposes one or more of his or her card/s then they cannot MAKE any action for the remainder of that hand – they can only equal another player bet or raise
A bet out of turn goes in all circumstances When the action gets to the player that had bet out of turn and the current action exceeds his / her bet out of turn, he / she may only call or pass (not raise) if he / she decide to pass the amount that was bet of turn is forfeited and remains in the pot
Check out of turn - When a player checks out of turn, he / she may not make any action for the remainder of that betting round they may only equal any bet made
It is a players responsibility to keep his / hers protected – a card cap is recommended when sitting in seat 1 and 10 (closest to the dealer) to avoid accidental mucking If a dealer accidentally kills the player has no redress – the only exception is if the player has made action that has not yet been called, they may receive that last bet back
A dealer cannot kill face up cards Discovered winning hands speak, no matter if the deal has incorrectly called the winning player
In no limit hold’em the dealer is not required to make the player aware of the pot total – if the player wishes to know the current pot total, then the dealer should be asked to count the pot
A players cards are private, the player MUST NOT show anyone else whilst they are involved in a pot or as they are passing – continued abuse of this rule may result in elimination from a tournament of removal from a cash game
In a show down situation the player who made the last action shows first
Removing of chips in play during a cash game, commonly called ‘Weeding’ is not allowed If a player wishes to remove chips then they must stop playing They may not rejoin a similar stake cash game for a period of 1 hour, unless they rejoin the table with the same amount of chips
All customers are reminded that while watching others play your advice or opinions on whether or not a player should Check/Bet/Call/Raise etc should not be voiced while hands are in progress. Any violation could result in you being asked to leave the poker room
Our displayed rules are not exhaustive and therefore in times of disputes a player or dealer may call for a ruling from the room supervisor If the player is not satisfied with the outcome then the Senior Manager on Duty may be called upon to preside The decision is then final, although the player may enter into the clubs complaints procedure
